Biography

Suzy advises French and international clients on all matters relating to real estate law. 

She has experience in real estate acquisitions and development operations as well as commercial leases, both in counsel and litigation. 

She has acquired a particular experience regarding office buildings and logistics assets, from the initial building or reinstatement project to the final sale to investors, through a share deal or asset deal, including the commercialization and leasing of the building.

  • Advised the major German wholesale distribution group, on the real estate aspects of the sale to investors of shares in two OPCIs.
  • Advised a UK based real estate group in the leasing, development and sale of a logistics platform in Soissons, France developing 40,000 sq.m of warehouses.
  • Advised a UK based real estate group in the sale of several logistics real estate portfolios held by regulated investment vehicles (French OPPCI) to an investor.
  • Advised the Norwegian group Aspelin Ramm on the sale of 40, rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires in Paris, a mixed asset of 3,350 sq.m. to Generali Real Estate.
