BCLP advise Burstone on their strategic partnership with Blackstone in relation to its €1.1bn pan-European logistics portfolio

BCLP advised JSE-listed REIT Burstone on its strategic partnership with Blackstone, involving the sale to Blackstone of an 80% stake in Burstone’s €1bn+ pan-European logistics portfolio held through Luxembourg, with Burstone retaining a 20% stake and continuing to manage the portfolio. The strategic partnership will look to aggregate further industrial and logistics properties across Burstone’s core European markets.

The initial 1.2m sq ft portfolio includes 32 logistics properties in seven countries across Europe, including Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
