BCLP advised Choiseul REIM on the sale of 8,000 square meters in Paris to top luxury brand

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Arsene, and Attal & Associés, Choiseul REIM, an investment company specialized in real estate, announced the sale in future state of completion of the real estate complex formed by the assets at 12-14 rue Castiglione and 235 rue Saint- Honoré (Paris, 1st arrondissement) to a major player in the luxury sector.

Sold for a price in excess of 600 million euros, this 8,000 square meter complex will be the Paris headquarters of luxury ready-to-wear brand Gucci, with whom a lease in future state of completion was signed beforehand. A real estate development contract has been signed by the seller with Adim Paris Ile de France (Vinci group) to carry out the work.

This operation confirms Choiseul REIM's strategy of investing mainly in premium locations, as close as possible to the users' needs.

BCLP has advised Choiseul REIM since 2020 on the real estate and financing aspects, the bank having set up the financing on behalf of the seller being Natixis.

The buyer was advised by the firm Wargny-Katz on the notary aspects (Nicolas Masseline, partner), by ABV legal on the real estate law aspects (Anne-Sophie Plé, partner) and by the firm de Pardieu Brocas Maffei on the tax aspects (Emmanuel Chauve, Partner and François Peguesse and Emma Bernard, associates).
