Biography
Frédéric has experience in a wide range of domestic and cross border M&A transactions including public and private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and equity issues.
He advises listed and non-listed companies on M&A transactions and has represented a large number of local and international clients on both sell and buy-side transactions. He also has a broad experience in corporate reorganizations and regularly advises clients on corporate governance issues.
In addition, Frédéric has developed in depth knowledge in specific sectors including real estate, media & technology.
