BCLP advises Vantiva in the sale of its Supply Chain Solutions business to Variant Equity Advisors

BCLP advised Vantiva, a French company listed on Euronext Paris, with the sale of its Supply Chain Solutions business to funds managed by Variant Equity Advisors.

SCS is a global leader in integrated manufacturing solutions for optical discs (DVD, Blu-ray™, CD, etc.), vinyl records, and microfluidic devices for diagnostic and life science applications, as well as supply chain services for such products. With the sale of SCS, Vantiva plans to focus its remaining business on connected home and related services. 

The deal team was led by Partner Rob Lystad and Associates Griffin Davis, and Alex Richman (all Corporate Transactions, Atlanta). Partner Jean-Patrice Labautière (Corporate Transactions, Paris) led the international aspects of the transaction, including matters relative to French securities laws and French corporate governance.
