Biography
Dr. Torsten Pokropp's extensive experience covers the entire financing spectrum. His special focus is on advising lenders and borrowers on the financing of real estate acquisitions and developments across all asset classes, including residential, commercial, hotel, retail, single property, portfolio and warehouse financing. As part of his restructuring advisory services, Torsten advises on loan portfolio sales and refinancings. Further key areas of his practice include project financings in the areas of infrastructure, wind power and electricity.
In connection with the above activities, he advises national and international financiers as well as investors, including German Pfandbrief banks, investment banks and private equity companies.
