BCLP advises financing banks on €273 million financing of the Wriezener Karree project

International law firm BCLP has advised the lender banks on the €273 million financing of the Wriezener Karree project, a new office, commercial and leisure district on the site of the former Wriezen train station in Berlin.

The banks are financing the construction of a high-grade five-storey office complex by EDGE Wriezener Karree Berlin GmbH & Co. KG. The property, with around 36,000 square meters of usable space and an underground car park with 75 parking spaces, is being built on a plot in Berlin's Mediaspree area.

BCLP provided legal advice for this transaction under the leadership of Partner Frank Schwem and Counsel Constantin Alfes.
