Biography

Perry is a leading Private Equity Partner in the Corporate Transactions practice group at BCLP’s London office. With over 30 years of experience serving clients across the asset class in the mid-market, Perry is renowned for his commercial acumen and pragmatic, execution focused advice. He excels in orchestrating complex deals for sponsors and their portfolio companies, focusing on acquisitions, buy and build strategies and exit planning. Perry also advises Management Teams on investment by pe sponsors. Perry’s clients include some of the most influential sponsors in the mid-market, as he consistently drives high-stakes platform investments and helps to deliver favorable exit strategies and outcomes alongside those sponsors.
