Patricia is experienced in carrying out detailed and complex property due diligence with a particular emphasis on development constraints, reporting and producing certificates of title. Patricia regularly acts on real estate transactions involving student accommodation portfolios and mixed-use developments, and has also gained experience in the hotel and care home sector. She also deals with the real estate elements of warranty and indemnity insurance for a variety of insurers and on both the sell side and buy side. She has also been involved in high value real estate finance transactions and has handled several strategic acquisitions for a major retail pension scheme and a well know student accommodation provider. More recently she has been involved in asset management for a major supermarket chain.
