BCLP acts for Unite on the £184 million sale of six sites to PGIM
May 22, 2024BCLP advised The Unite Group Plc on the sale of six purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) assets to PGIM Real Estate for £184 million. The assets are located in Birmingham, Cardiff, Leicester, Liverpool, Nottingham and Sheffield and comprise 2,984 beds.
Unite is the largest owner, manager and developer of PBSA assets in the UK.
