David Alexander Degges White
Biography
David White is a member of the firm’s Tax Advice and Controversy Group and the Tax & Private Client group. David’s transactional practice focuses on representing public and private companies in taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings, and analysis of domestic and international tax issues associated with such transactions. In addition to David’s transactional practice, he is an active member of the global LGBTQ* Network and Lawyers Affinity Group.
Prior to joining the firm, David previously worked as a tax associate at two "Big Four" public accounting firms, focusing on the domestic and international tax aspects of investment funds and asset management. During law school, David participated in Mock Trial, served as a Student Bar Association representative, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Daniel S. McConkie, Jr.
