Allison Krashan has extensive litigation experience in product liability, toxic torts and commercial litigation matters. Allison focuses her practice on the defense of chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as retailers and property owners. Her extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts includes environmental and toxic tort claims, product liability claims and commercial litigation matters.

With a practice focused on clients in the Pacific Northwest, Allison was one of the pioneering members of BCLP’s Seattle office. She frequently defends clients at all stages of litigation, including in Oregon and Washington State Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. She works tirelessly to understand clients’ goals and devise cost-conscious approaches to meet them. She is highly experienced in the life cycle of lawsuits, giving her the ability to anticipate potential challenges and develop attainable case resolution strategies, whether through settlement or trial.

Allison is noted as a top litigator by legal publications and is a graduate of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
