Biography
Steve Baumer regularly advises clients involved in complex business transactions. He counsels clients on corporate governance issues and advises on matters such as strategic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments and joint ventures; debt and equity restructurings; leveraged buyouts and mezzanine financings; SEC reporting requirements; and public and private sales of debt and equity securities.
Mr. Baumer has experience with companies in a number of different industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, health care, technology, life sciences, telecommunications, private equity and consumer goods. He is the former leader of the firm's global Transactions practice, and a current member of the firm's Board.
