Biography

Rémi focuses his practice on competition and distribution law, before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and French and European Courts.

He advises domestic and international clients on a range of competition and distribution law issues including merger control, cartels, abuses of dominant position, restrictive practices, competition and commercial litigation (in particular follow on actions), as well as regulatory matters.

He has a very good knowledge of the telecom and media sector.
