Biography
Rachel is a litigator on the firm’s Media and First Amendment Team and member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Disputes Practice Group. She represents Internet and media companies regarding legal disputes involving their content and speech.
Rachel obtained her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a comments editor on the North Carolina Law Review. During her undergraduate education and first two years of law school, Rachel was a member and captain of the University of North Carolina Women’s Soccer Team, earning All-ACC and All-American honors.
