Biography
Olivia is an associate practicing in BCLP’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. Olivia represents companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and advises public and private companies on capital market matters. Additionally, she advises clients with respect to federal securities law matters, including periodic reporting and capital market transactions.
During law school at the University of Georgia, Olivia served as senior managing editor of the Georgia Law Review and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic where she wrote and filed briefs in the Second Circuit regarding an immigration appeal. Before law school, Olivia was a collegiate soccer player at Washington and Lee University.
