BCLP Associate Olivia H. Weber has been named the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta Rising Star of the Year for 2024, recognizing her outstanding dedication to providing pro bono legal services to nonprofits.

Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta (PBPA) engages volunteer attorneys from leading law firms and corporations to help nonprofits serving low-income and disadvantaged individuals achieve their missions. Each year, PBPA honors five volunteers and one “rising star”, an award highlighting one attorney’s dedication to strengthening the Atlanta community by assisting nonprofits with their business legal needs, from corporate governance and contracts to employment and intellectual property matters.

As a member of the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group, Olivia advises public and private companies on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market matters, and federal securities law compliance.
