Biography
Lindsay focuses her practice on trademark law, including all aspects of the development and protection of trademarks, service marks, and trade dress. Lindsay counsels clients on the selection, use, and registration of trademarks around the world. She represents clients in many inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She regularly works with counsel outside of the U.S. for trademark searches, registration, post-registration, due diligence, and international inter partes proceedings. Lindsay devotes most of her efforts to the prosecution, licensing, and enforcement of trademarks. Her practice also involves copyright protection, due diligence for corporate transactional matters, and intellectual property litigation.
