- Advising Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank as arranger on a £128m green financing provided to Quintain to refinance the Robinson BTR tower on the Wembley Estate.
- Advising the European credit arm of a US private equity firm as arranger on the refinancing of a portfolio of self-storage assets and acquisition financing of further assets located across the UK.
- Advising multinational financial services firm J.P. Morgan as arranger on a £780 million senior and mezzanine refinancing, alongside London-based alternative investment fund manager Cheyne Capital, to support the ongoing development of the 85-acre Wembley Park estate in London by developer and build-to-rent operator Quintain. The transaction represents one of the largest financings in the UK real estate market in 2023.
- Advising Greystar on the construction financing for the development of a build to rent asset in Hayes, London. The financing was arranged by AllianceBernstein.
- Advising a clearing bank on the acquisition and construction financing to develop a portfolio of multifamily properties at numerous sites across the UK.
- Advising a Saudi Arabian family office on its refinancing of four operational office assets located across the UK with a Saudi Arabian bank.
- Advising Cheyne Capital on the financing aspects of its joint venture with Regal to develop two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) buildings in Wembley, North West London.
- Advising a private equity firm on its refinancing of three operational build-to-rent (BTR) assets located across England and Scotland.
