Biography
Jacob Crabtree focuses his practice on advising clients in structured finance and commercial real estate transactions. He has experience with secured and unsecured syndicated and single-lender facilities, acquisition finance, securitizations, real property acquisitions and dispositions, and interest and asset dispositions in the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) space.
Jake worked as a summer associate for another international law firm and was a law clerk in the legal department for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Eagle Butte, SD while at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and he was a Stanback Fellowship Project Research Intern at the Southern Environmental Law Center in Atlanta, GA while at Duke University.
