Biography

Greg Linde represents clients engaged in real estate transactions including leasing, sales and acquisitions, finance and development. His experience covers a range of industries and asset classes including office, industrial, healthcare, senior housing, banking, hospitality, construction, retail, and multifamily housing. Greg has served as lead counsel on various transactions and regularly works with multidisciplinary teams to help his clients complete a variety of commercial real estate deals.

Greg has a skilled understanding of his clients’ challenges and opportunities, resulting from a broad foundation of experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, work letters, easements, asset purchase agreements, and zoning and land use applications; performing real estate diligence on merger and acquisition transactions for domestic and international clients; reviewing and analyzing title commitments, title pro formas, surveys, and due diligence items; and analyzing and devising strategies to address land use and zoning issues.
