Biography
Cyrille advises French and global financial institutions, investment funds, institutional and private investors and asset management firms on financial structuring and debt restructuring issues. He has extensive project finance experience. Areas of particular strength include real estate and renewable energy projects acquired in particular from his experience in renowned international law firms
He regularly advises the client of the firm on the legal structuring of their operations. Cyrille’s expertise extends to asset acquisition financing; asset construction financing; and portfolio restructuring, including through real estate investment vehicles (OPCI) and cross-border financing.
Cyrille has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. He joined the Finance team of BCLP in 2020 after having worked for ten years in the Banking and Finance/Real Estate department of English and French law firms.

Real estate financing:
- Advised the lenders for the financing of the acquisition by Swiss Life Real Estate of seven premium camping from Vacanceselect group ;
- Advised the lenders for the financing of the acquisition by Amaury group of its new main office building ;
- Advised Aerium in the 312M € refinancing by Natixis of a premium offices building portfolio in Paris
Project financing:
- Advised Auxifip (Credit Agricole group) on providing a €19 million aggregate financing to the Fonroche Biogaz group for the construction of a 5.9 MW GCV methanation unit utilizing biogas by injecting biomethane into the natural gas grid;
- Advised Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, as Lender and Mandated Lead Arranger, in connection with the refinancing of a 32 MW portfolio of photovoltaic plants owned by Sonnedix in south west France, at a value of €28.5 million;
- Landesbank Saar and Auxifip (Crédit Agricole) on closing €158 million financing program for solar assets in France;
