BCLP advises Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance on logistics financing in three jurisdictions

International law firm BCLP has advised Deutsche Hypo - NORD/LB Real Estate Finance on the financing of a logistics portfolio with three properties in Germany, the Netherlands and France. The financed portfolio is managed by GLP Capital Partners, a global asset manager of alternative investments with approximately 125 billion USD in assets under management.

Deutsche Hypo - NORD/LB Real Estate Finance is the commercial real estate financing arm of Norddeutsche Landesbank and is one of the largest German real estate financers.

BCLP is actively expanding its global real estate finance practice, which benefits from increasing collaboration between its global teams. In this demanding transaction, depth and breadth of BCLP’s network and international expertise was an important part in the successful completion of the transaction. Deutsche Hypo - NORD/LB Real Estate Finance was advised by a cross-border, interdisciplinary team from Germany, France and the UK, covering financing, tax and real estate matters.
