Biography
Courtney is a member of the Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Courtney’s practice focuses primarily on business and commercial disputes and employment matters. As a litigator, Courtney assists clients through all stages of litigation. Courtney works with companies on both the plaintiff and defense side of complex business disputes.
As a commercial litigator, Courtney has extensive experience with state and national class actions involving consumer product liability, wage and hour litigation, and antitrust claims as well as business disputes and business related litigation.
Following law school, Courtney completed a two-year federal clerkship with Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the Western District of Missouri. After her clerkship and prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked at a boutique law firm in Kansas City working in class and collective actions and employment litigation. Courtney is an active member of both her state and local bar associations.
