Biography
Charlotte Tullis is a senior real estate lawyer based in London. Charlotte acts for a range of international clients, including institutional investors, developers, operators, banks and funds on all kinds of transactions involving commercial and residential property. Over her thirteen years of practice, Charlotte has gained particular experience in the hotels and leisure industry, and is ranked as an ‘associate to watch’ in Chambers 2025 UK, and named a key lawyer in Legal 500 2025.

- Advising on the £1.3bn redevelopment of the Old War Office in Whitehall into an ultra-luxury Raffles branded hotel and apartment complex.
- Advising Peninsula Hotels in relation to the £1bn redevelopment of its ultra-luxury hotel and residences at 1-5 Grosvenor Place.
- Advising on the £1bn redevelopment of Olympia London into a world-class exhibition and events venue (including negotiating and closing the operator agreements to deliver the planned 196-key Hyatt hotel and 120-key Citizen M boutique hotel, and the associated financing).
- Advising in relation to the development of a 197-key Hilton hotel and separately the development of 60 high specification contemporary trackside lodges and a clubhouse at Silverstone Racing Circuit.
- Advising Tristan Capital Partners in respect of a £239.9 million refinancing of its Point A Hotels portfolio. The portfolio comprises of 1,387 rooms across nine hotels in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow, managed and co-owned by Queensway.
