Biography
Cayce is a member of the firm’s Class Actions & Mass Torts Practice Group. Cayce focuses his practice on complex product liability matters for clients involved in high-stakes litigation. He has experience working with clients through all stages of the litigation process. He also has experience with business and commercial disputes litigation in both state and federal court.
During law school, Cayce served as a staff editor and as articles editor for the Kansas Law Review. He also dedicated his time to aiding first-year law students by serving as a teaching assistant for civil procedure and constitutional law courses. Throughout his time in law school, Cayce was committed to sharpening his litigation skills and sought to assist those who lack access to legal resources. His passions earned him awards in advocacy skills and pro bono distinction upon graduation.
Prior to joining the firm, Cayce was a summer associate in the Kansas City office in 2021. He also worked as a research intern for the Kansas Supreme Court in 2020.
