Biography

Caroline is an associate practicing in BCLP’s Banking and Finance Transactions groups. Her practice focuses on commercial lending, commercial workout and restructuring, asset-based lending and real estate finance. She represents regional, national and international lending institutions in commercial loan transactions. She regularly represents lenders in crisis management and strategic planning in connection with distressed credit defaults.

Caroline received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kansas School of Business. During her time in law school, she was a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Missouri.
