BCLP Advises Parker’s Kitchen on $900 Million Credit Facility

 BCLP has served as legal counsel to Parker’s Kitchen, an award-winning convenience and food service leader that has been honored as a 2024 USA TODAY Top Workplace and included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America seven times, in connection with a $900 million syndicated credit facility. The transaction closed on November 8, 2024.

Headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, Parker’s Kitchen operates a growing network of store locations across South Carolina and Georgia. The credit facility will support strategic growth within the company's existing footprint and in new markets including Jacksonville, Florida; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Columbia, South Carolina. This credit facility will enable the company to expand in key markets and to continue to give back to the community in meaningful ways with a focus on supporting education, reducing hunger, expanding access to healthcare, and celebrating heroes.

 The BCLP deal team was led by Partner Braden Shaw, with critical contributions from Associates Joe Babitz and Caroline Jones.
