Alex is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters.

Alex received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, he served as the Legislation Editor for Georgia State University Law Review and was a research assistant for Professor Sue Provenzano. In addition, he externed for the Honorable Justice John J. Ellington of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Prior to law school, Alex attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in finance with a minor in sport management. Alex first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2022.
