BCLP advises Victory Group on its acquisition of 103 – 105 Jermyn Street, London

International law firm BCLP, alongside Wedlake Bell LLP, has advised Victory Group on its acquisition of 103-105 Jermyn Street, its first acquisition in London. Victory plans to refurbish and extend the existing building to unlock additional floorspace, new amenity space and terraces. The project is targeting delivery next year.

LBS Properties will act as Development Manager in connection with the refurbishment and BCLP is finalising the terms of LBS’s appointment as well as advising more generally on the refurbishment, including rights of light matters.
