BCLP has been recognized for its innovation in the AI legal tech sector, launching a GenAI lease reporting tool with proptech innovator Orbital Witness (FLARE, our Fast Lease Assisted Reporting tool) to support more efficient document review and data extraction. BCLP’s solution embodies our shared vision of AI purpose-built for real estate, with wide-ranging functionality to improve real estate document review, including automatically generating first drafts of lease reports, quickly visualising complicated lease hierarchies and the ability to “ask anything” of any real estate document.
Our innovative partnering strategy approach to develop FLARE allows us to use the Orbital Copilot AI engine to produces a bespoke BCLP report, honed to build upon the years of knowledge management development around lease reporting at BCLP
