Mobile Source Emissions and Fleet Management
Overview
The regulation of greenhouse gas emissions from mobile sources is no longer a topic of political debate, it is a regulatory reality that businesses need to contend with. Our team of air emissions experts has tracked the development of new regulations and provided proactive counseling to our clients. Specifically, we have counseled clients that manufacture mobile source emitting products, and clients that operate large fleets of light and heavy vehicles.
In addition, our team has advised clients on environmental issues that grow out of the management of large fleets of vehicles. Specifically, we have advised clients on the labeling, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, Tier 2 reporting for various types of fuel and other regulated metals commonly found in industrial equipment such as forklifts. We have provided national compliance counseling regarding spill management, Underground Storage Tank registration, and other regulations that affect vehicle storage and staging facilities.
