Endangered Species (ESA)
Overview
Many BCLP clients are affected by the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and our attorneys work with a wide range of clients engaged in projects that require navigation through the ESA on both state-by-state and federal levels. BCLP attorneys forge creative solutions to conflicts relating to land use and endangered species and other wildlife issues, and we are committed to helping clients stake out common ground where all interested parties are satisfied.
