Before recommending an arrangement, we spend time understanding how it will support a client’s business.  It is vital (as recent events have shown) to ensure that executives are rewarded for success rather than under-performance.  At the same time, we will look to implement the arrangements in a tax efficient manner, working closely with our award winning Tax team.

We simplify what can be a complicated and technical area.  We have particular experience in establishing EMI plans utilising our easy to understand suite of precedents.
