Biography

Tory Goldson is devoted to clients and focused on their needs and goals. Her unique collaborative approach integrates the delivery of legal services with each client’s internal structure to streamline tangible results in step with the critical path. With decades of transactional experience, her track record includes complex acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing and asset management projects and real estate finance with respect to hotels, shopping centers, office complexes, and other real estate businesses. Clients also turn to Tory to create processes for the management of transactions and legal resources. Tory and her team are mobilized to listen, adapt and provide effective and responsive processes designed to achieve success for real estate owners and operators, big and small.

  • On-going representation of Regus Corporation and its affiliates in the United States. We continue to serve as exclusive leasing counsel for Regus and its subsidiaries on all of its new leases, on a nationwide basis, and Tory is the leader of that team and manages that pipeline of deal work. In the last 28 months alone, our real estate work has included over 250 transactions involving office leases and acquisitions of leased locations in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, NV, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI. Regus uses the locations for its executive office suites businesses.
  • On-going representation of Sculptor Real Estate and its affiliates in a variety of real estate acquisition, disposition and leasing projects throughout the United States.
  • Significant and extensive leasing and build-to-suit projects throughout the United States totaling more than two-million square feet of retail, office, manufacturing and warehouse space.
  • Regional mall leasing work, leasing and acquisition work for Neiman Marcus and other large retailers and real estate work for Red Robin International and other restaurants.
