Biography
Tory Goldson is devoted to clients and focused on their needs and goals. We continue to serve as exclusive leasing counsel for Regus and its subsidiaries on all of its new leases, on a nationwide basis, and Tory is the leader of that team and manages that pipeline of deal work. In the last 28 months alone, our real estate work has included over 250 transactions involving office leases and acquisitions of leased locations in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, NV, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI. Regus uses the locations for its executive office suites businesses.
- On-going representation of Sculptor Real Estate and its affiliates in a variety of real estate acquisition, disposition and leasing projects throughout the United States.
- Significant and extensive leasing and build-to-suit projects throughout the United States totaling more than two-million square feet of retail, office, manufacturing and warehouse space.
- Regional mall leasing work, leasing and acquisition work for Neiman Marcus and other large retailers and real estate work for Red Robin International and other restaurants.
