Biography
Val’s practice focuses on digital transformation & emerging technology, outsourcing, and business technology. She works creatively to advise her clients as they undertake complex technology transformation programs designed to optimize customer experience, improve organizational functioning, and establish strong partnerships to drive innovation. Val's represents global and national clients across industries, including, health care, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, automotive and financial services.
Val passionately promotes collaborative and human-centered approaches to deal-building and negotiation. Employing this method, she consistently aids clients and their potential partners in collaborative problem-solving and navigating intricate deal components, including innovative incentives, value generation, organizational change management, and relational dynamics. Val emphasizes the importance of addressing these factors early in the process to optimize the likelihood of deal success.
