Thomas Gamma is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transactions Group. His practice is comprised of corporate and contractual matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Thomas graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law. During law school, he was a Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review. Additionally, he was a member of the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate Program, through which he acquired practical and theoretical legal skills. Prior to law school, Thomas graduated from the University of Miami, FL, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
