Sydne is an associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance team. Sydne has advised clients on a variety of issues including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advice, which included providing advice to clients on the South African Companies Act and the UK Companies Act. Sydne has worked across a broad range of sectors including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Mining & Energy and Retail and Consumer Goods.
