Biography
Suzanne Rodekohr has spent more than 24 years advising clients in respect of transactional and business tax issues, including the structuring, negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations and related tax matters. Ms. Rodekohr regularly advises clients on series limited liability company tax and corporate law issues, internal restructurings, and structuring complex joint venture arrangements. In addition, Ms. Rodekohr advises clients on general corporate issues, including choice of entity, limited liability company agreements and deferred compensation arrangements.
Ms. Rodekohr is a member of the national steering committee for BCLP’s women lawyers’ affinity group, BCLP Women. In addition, Ms. Rodekohr was a judicial clerk for the Hon. John C. Minahan, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Court District of Nebraska and has experience with bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related tax issues.
