Shelby is a member of the firm's Business and Commercial Disputes practice group.  Shelby represents clients in various matters involving commercial contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and other general and complex business disputes.  She also assists employers with claims arising out of employment relationships, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage disputes, and disputes regarding noncompetition and non-solicitation covenants.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Shelby also assists clients with various trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary claims, trustee or executor removal actions, and actions involving trust construction and modification. 

Shelby received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she competed and coached for the UGA Law Mock Trial Team. During law school, Shelby also worked in-house at a Fortune 500 logistics company, where she gained significant experience working on matters involving insurance disputes, trucking litigation, employment litigation, and other business disputes.
