Samantha heads up the Core Asset Management team in the Manchester office. The team focuses on providing advice on all aspects of asset management to a number of institutional investors based in the UK and overseas.

Having been qualified for over 20 years Samantha has considerable experience in the real estate sector. She regularly acts for banks and lenders providing real estate finance as well as advising investor clients on all aspects of their real estate holdings. Over the years Samantha has acted for a number of public sector clients and developers advising on both residential and commercial real estate developments and infrastructure projects.
