Bob is a litigator with extensive experience in state and federal courts across the country. His practice includes the handling of a wide variety of commercial and insurance coverage disputes as well as financial services litigation. He has handled complex high exposure insurance coverage litigation, including bad faith actions and cases involving a wide variety of claims such as environmental, toxic tort, public entity, and directors and officers. In the financial services space, Bob has vast experience representing financial institutions in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices statutes. In addition to his trial court experience, Bob has handled state and federal court appeals, plus numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Bob also has extensive experience representing banks, loan servicers, special servicers, and other lenders regarding non-performing loans as well as workouts of those loans including receiverships, foreclosures, discounted payoffs, and deeds-in-lieu. He has litigated cases involving both residential and commercial foreclosures in state and federal courts.
