Biography
Rachel is an associate in BCLP’s Corporate and Finance Transactions department, where she practices in the Tax, Employee Benefits and Private Client practice group. Rachel advises tax-exempt organizations on a variety of nonprofit corporate and tax-related issues. Rachel works with clients to accomplish their philanthropic and operational goals, utilizing a variety of tax-exempt structures to help her clients efficiently and effectively achieve their missions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was an estate planning associate. In this role, Rachel counseled clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies to assist them in achieving their estate planning, philanthropic and business succession goals.
Rachel received her A.B. from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During law school, Rachel was the Editor in Chief for the Journal of Dispute Resolution.
