Biography

Rachel Gershengoren is an associate in the Real Estate Department of the firm’s New York office. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, representing clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing across a variety of asset classes including office, retail, hospitality and mixed use.

Rachel earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. While in law school, Rachel was a fellow for the Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy, worked in the Divorce Mediation Clinic and served as a teaching assistant to numerous professors. In addition, she interned with the New York City Law Department Labor and Employment Division and the New York State Supreme Court Office of Mediation.

Prior to attending law school, Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.
