Pushkal is a member of the firm's Appellate and Class Action Practice Groups. He has nearly a decade of experience litigating complex trials and appeals in federal and state courts.

Pushkal graduated from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and recognized on the Dean’s Honor List. He served as a judicial clerk to Honorable George H. Wu, of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and Honorable Todd M. Hughes, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Immediately after his judicial clerkships, he litigated complex trials and appeals as an associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and then as a partner with Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP.
