Biography
Peter Van Cleve’s practice focuses in the area of business and transactional counseling. Mr. Van Cleve has extensive experience representing private equity firms and privately held businesses, and his work for these entities has included formation and structuring advice, capital raising assistance, mergers & acquisitions and corporate partnering.
Within BCLP, Mr. Van Cleve served as the Global Departmental Managing Partner for Corporate (April 2018- May 2020) and was a member of the firm's Management Committee (2011-2020), which manages the day-to-day worldwide operations of the firm. From October 2004 to April 2011, Mr. Van Cleve was Managing Partner of the firm's St. Louis office.
