Biography
Ofir Klein’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactional matters with a focus on securities law and corporate governance matters, including the review and preparation of periodic reports and proxy materials. He has represented underwriters and domestic and foreign issuers in a range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities and other securities offerings.
Ofir also has experience working with emerging and start-up companies on a variety of complex corporate and financing matters from inception to exit, and he regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters and venture capital investments.
Prior to joining the firm, Ofir was an associate in the capital markets group at a leading international law firm in New York. He previously practiced as an attorney and CPA in Israel, and regularly advises clients doing business in Israel, including Israeli-based start-ups and mature companies entering U.S. markets.
Ofir received his LL.M. from Cornell University in 2020 and his Bachelor of Laws degree and B.A. in Accounting from Tel Aviv University in 2013.
