Biography
Najeebah Hussain is an associate in the Class Action & Mass Torts Practice Group. She focuses her practice on product liability and mass tort matters, including the defense of major consumer product manufacturers in complex litigation. She has assisted in representation of a major vehicle manufacturer and a major rental car company in cases involving vehicle crashes and catastrophic injury. She also has experience in environmental toxic tort and consumer product labeling class actions. Najeebah regularly advises clients in the alcoholic beverage industry on licensing and regulatory issues.
During law school, Najeebah was president of Intellectual Property Law Society, chief executive projects editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, social chair of South Asian Law Students Association, and a member of the Trademark Moot Court team. She also worked in the Intellectual Property Clinic where she provided legal assistance to local entrepreneurs on a wide range of IP issues.
