Biography
Nah-Eun (Ana) Kim is an associate Technology & Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on high-stakes patent and trade secret misappropriation litigation, protecting client’s most valued innovations in federal district court and appellate courts. Ana represents both small startups and large corporations in technology fields.
Ana’s clients benefit from her persuasive writing skills that have achieved numerous favorable results in federal district courts and courts of appeal in high-profile patent infringement and trade secret litigation matters. She has drafted appellate briefs for filing in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, designed non-infringement and invalidity strategies for patents asserted in litigation, and worked closely with expert witnesses to prepare expert reports on technical issues.
