He routinely advises both regional and international clients on corporate and commercial, joint venture and franchise, banking and finance, project and energy, TMT, intellectual property, venture capital and startup-related matters. He has also assisted in various cross-border matters.

Previously, Hassan worked as an associate at a leading corporate law firm in Pakistan and also served as the senior legal counsel and company secretary for a leading technology company in Pakistan.
